39 weeks!

Ok, so I am sitting here tonight doing this blog and I will be having this little boy tomorrow at 12 noon!! Yikes!! It's here already! A bit nervous( maybe more than a bit) and excited all at the same time. Here is a last photo before Aiden comes into the world.

37 weeks and 2 days

It's getting close!! I am feeling a bit nervous with the day getting so close now. More or less about how Ethan i going to be while I am gone and when we bring his new brother home. I am sure he will do just fine but still , I have never been away from him so long. :( We are now just about ready for the arrival, I think!! hahaha
























At this weeks appointment things went very well once again. Aiden is beginning to behave during the NST's. Had another ultrasound and they estimated the weight at 6 lbs. 14 ozs. He is growing right on target. He has been giving me some big movements at night these days. Some of them actually feel like contractions when he kicks or moves. I have been having quite a bit of Braxton Hicks.

Here is our new family vehicle!! Ethan thinks it is a big toy right now. This will take some getting used to but, I am sure it will be coming in real handy. I am very proud of this find. I happened to come across this on Craigslist. For the stroller and the infant seat.........$60!!! Seriously!! This goes for $250 in stores. It is practically brand new!

36 weeks and 4 days

I feel like I am growing by the minute! I probably am! Well at this weeks appt. Aiden finally cooperated and did what he was supposed to do in record time and I didn't have to redo the NS test. I also found out that I am 1.5 cm dilated and 70% effaced. So things are beginning to get prepared. Just really don't want to go early since Ethan's party is already in the works!! Hold Tight!!

35 and 35 weeks!

Just so happened I turned 35 as I went into my 35th week. Just a fun fact I guess................ Anyways, we had another ultrasound, which I am pretty sure I will be having weekly now until the birth. I am also having to do the non-stress tests every week too! Aiden has not been cooperating with those either. He tends to sleep during them and then I have to redo the test! So a simple appointment turns into almost 2 hours every time. He is gaining weight fast.........he is being estimated at this point at 6 lbs. 6 ozs. (Ethan was 6 lbs 5 ozs when he was born) We'll see how big he is...........they were off with Ethan by some. I think he is beginning to run out of room, his movements are slowing.....I don't mean he isn't moving, just not the kicks that were happening earlier.......movement is usually up into my ribs!! It is more of a squirming and hard rolling at this point.





Celebrating Aiden!

On July 13, 2008, some friends and family got together and had a small shower for me. We all went to Village Haven and had some dinner and enjoyed conversation. Of course we had some yummy cake!! ( that of which I am not supposed to have) And we got some very cute gifts............Aiden will be just as well dressed as Ethan!

Just shy of 34 weeks...

I took a couple pictures tonight, just thought I'd share. I feel like my belly is growing daily at this point. He is growing so fast. He rolls and kicks with such force now.

32 Weeks!

We had another ultrasound to measure the weight of Aiden as of now. He is right around 4 lbs. 14 oz. So he is definitely a bigger baby than Ethan was at this time. Believe me, I know..I feel bigger too!! I took a guess at the position he was in right now and I nailed it, he is head down. I can feel the pressure of his head on my bladder ...... ALL THE TIME!! We also got a date of delivery, we are pretty sure this little boy will enter the world on August 20, 2008. Yes............that is the day after Ethan's birthday!! So we really are having them 2 years apart for sure. ( oh yeah , don't mind the name on the pics. , she screwed up my name on them)
