2 Months Old

Yep, time flies!! Aiden is a weed! Growing so fast. He just had his 2 month appt. and he is now 14 lbs 3 oz. 23 inches long. He is starting to have a personality of his own. He smiles when you talk to him and even tries to get out a chuckle here and there. I love it when I am talking to him and he just stares and smiles at me. He really stares right into my eyes.











Peace out!!! I must have caught him at a good time, he really does not like to get buckled into his car seat

Many Faces

Aiden makes so many different faces now. He is smiling regularly. He even seems to get excited. When talking to him he starts to smile and coo and wave his arms and kick his legs all over the place. He is starting to want to party a little longer at night.....sometimes is stubborn and will fight the sleep. Usually though, he is a good sleeper!

1 Month

Wow!! I can't believe it has really been 1 month. I know I said that last time too but, this has REALLY gone by sooooooo fast! Aiden has changed so much already. He is definitely growing just fine. He is now at 11 lbs 6 oz. Yeah I know.. chubby! hahaha He eats like a chow hound. He has also grown another 3/4 in. He is starting to be alert more during the day and the little smiles are coming now ( 1st one 9/22).

He is still sleeping a lot during the day and the night is pretty good too! Just wakes to eat!

1st Bath

Aiden's 1st bath was on September 5, 2008. He was pretty good most of the way through it. Right up until the end when he just belted it out! Pretty sure he was all done with it at that point.

2 weeks!! 9/3/08

At 2 weeks old Aiden is alot different from Ethan was. HE SLEEPS!! .....and in the bassinet! He does have his times when he wants to stay awake after a late night feeding and just look around. He is growing like a weed! At his 2 week check up he was 8 lbs 9 oz and grew and inch in length.

Welcome Home!

We got to come home yesterday!! (Sunday Aug. 24) It was nice to be outside finally after being shacked up in the hospital for 4 days. Just to be home with the entire family ( Me, Daddy, Ethan and Aiden) and to relax was sooo nice.

Welcome Aiden!!

On Wednesday..August 20, 2008 at 9:42 a.m. Aiden Cole Vassar was born. He came a little earlier than was planned. We had a scheduled c-section for 12 p.m that day. Well, unexpectedly at 4:53 a.m that morning my water broke on it's own. So off we went to the hospital and the section was done at 9:00 instead. Everything went very smoothly and fast. Aiden weighed 7 pounds and 13 ounces. He was 19 1/2 inches long.
